Her lifelong passion for gymnastics, paired with a strong foundation in sports medicine, inspired her to create Flip Care—a service that blends deep athletic knowledge with high-level medical care to support gymnasts on and off the competition floor.
Callie holds a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Ashland University and a Master of Science in Exercise Science from Kent State University. Her professional experience spans collegiate athletic departments and outpatient clinical settings, where she gained extensive hands-on experience in athlete care and injury prevention. With Flip Care, Callie brings her expertise and love for the sport together to ensure gymnasts stay healthy, confident, and competition-ready.

Chad holds a Bachelor of Arts in Athletic Training from Marshall University and a Master’s degree in Sport Administration from Ball State University. During his academic journey, he completed two summer internships with the Pittsburgh Steelers, gaining invaluable hands-on experience at the highest level of football.

During his academic journey, he completed two summer internships with the Pittsburgh Steelers, gaining invaluable hands-on experience at the highest level of football.
Following graduation, Chad spent eight years working in collegiate athletics, honing his expertise in athlete care, performance, and injury prevention. He now serves as an athletic trainer at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, where he works closely with a leading orthopedic knee surgeon, providing specialized care for patients ranging from athletes to active individuals.
Chad has also grown knowledgeable in the sport of gymnastics, thanks to the influence and passion of his wife, who introduced him to the sport. Outside of work, Chad enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their two children, making the most of family life and shared adventures.
